- A fun, simple disco dance workout to the smash hit by the Trammps - Disco Inferno. Filmed at the Picturesque Adelaide Oval, the dance is in mirror mode so you can copy the steps like you are looking in the mirror. Thanks to Cate and Phoebe for adding a touch of class.

I'm not a dancer's glittery bootlace, but I'm one of those men who live into their 50's regretting deeply that I never learned how to take part in such a physically joyful thing. Thank you Peter, you have a new fan. Wonderful to watch and, don't tell anyone, I will clear a space in my home for next time...

Hi Rachell - thanks so much for your positive feedback - I really appreciate it. I'll be honest - I am flat out at work and wont get it done in time! My next one is going to be The Hustle ( as seen in Saturday night fever) and then probably Boogie Wonderland which I think is EW&Fire's best song! But I'll add September to the list - Dance on!! Especially at work 😄
