Great to see the 5936 still in use, even if it was only on a CWR train. The 5900's were considered to be the best of the batch of the SD-40's/SD-40-2s that CP owned by the guys who actually worked on them. There was just something about them that felt so right. When you came to work and found out you had a 5900 on the lead you knew that you were one step closer to having a good trip. And there was nothing better than having a locomotive consist made up entirely of 5900's - rare that that was. GMD did a heck of a job building those locomotives! 😊

Why is There a Csx In Canada
CP uses other railroads engines sometimes, same goes for CSX when they borrow canadian engines for trains in the states.
Same reason we see CN and CP in the states.
