It's depends on tundish size mean volume to be store of molten metal for casting there after many condition r verified but directly 10 to 12mm will be required if ccm is of 4 to 6 mean upto 6mtr 10mm of zirconia nozzle approved or u can use more better quality of nozzles depend upon sequence casting no. of heats......

For mould water setting it depends upon velocity..... and for quenching it's depends upon carbon% of steel in alloy and ms but different for ss for more....
