Is the sound quality of this thing comparable to the xDuoo or the Mechen M30 with quality wired headphones? By the way, it's possible to select the audio codec over bluetooth in Developer options. There is a LDAC options.
looks nice but i dont see the point of these over a phone, i use an ipod classic with an sd mod and big battery it lasts like a month without needing to charge it. this doesn't look like the battery drains any slower than a phone
True. A little higher sound quality output but let's be real who really has a discerning enough ear to notice? And also has headphones good enough to notice? Very nearly nobody. I'm pretty similar to your setup but using a rooted Android so I can run Viper4Android advance sound suite tuner and AptX HD and LDAC codecs for when I want to use the truewireless Bluetooth headphones. It lasts about 5 days to a week just kept in airplane mode. 😅
I never understood why apple turned the iPod into something just short of a phone, it was a fantastic player, small, light weight and less expensive, I would never carry my large, heavy, $$$$ iphone out with me when I'm gardening, walking around the house with it when house cleaning... the fact that is was smaller, cheaper meant, it was easy to "wear" and cheap enough, that I didn't worry as much about protecting it, that being said, I bought a new on when the battery wouldn't charge. Then apple filled with with features duplicated from the iphone and people stopped buying them. Sadly, most are looking for something like their old touch or nano.... maybe LG will make a music player that is a music player... there is a market for an effective player with good sound and a great battery life that isn't just a big cell phone... and without google preinstalled... when I want to be spied on, I will just sell everything about me myself. Reviews on this item, not great and most mention, large and heavy.... not what we want when working out
My work doesn't allow cellphones or anything with a camera to be used while working. And I've been streaming my music for years, so I am looking for a device like this. Yes it's a niche product, but there is some demand.
@@kimjongoof5000 yeah but there are way better options than something like this i dont get the usecase, most non android pmps can last like atleast 10 days on battery
Well done, excellent review.
Thanks for this review! Can you please tell us if it has a sleep timer, so you can
set it to go off after playing for 30 or 60 minutes or so?
They do two smaller versions of this product
One with google play store £55
And one £45 without google play store
I’m not familiar with android can we do a click dragon drop off of my old computer to put my music in this device?
