Houses are nice, but pools need to be maintained and be saltwater or chlorinated with right mix to ensure they dont get poluted or infested. If there multiple units in the development the owners of each unit should pay an annual fee to maintain the water features by contractors. This can be from A$3000 to $10,000 per year per unit depending on the level of prestige. Not sure how much it is in Korea?

부모님이 수영장,분수대 있는 집을 건축해서 살고 계신데 벌레,개구리,모기 들끓고 분수대에 이끼 끼는거 대박. 청소가 공사판 노가다 수준. 매년 2회씩 하루종일 청소해도 끝이 안남.
일당 불러서 청소 하면 되는 데 ㅎㅎㅎ

샘플하우스는 자재전시장도 겸하는 거 맞는데요. 실제 건축 들어가면 건축주 뜻대로 조합하게 되니 건축주 본인 감각이 조잡하지 않다면 아무 문제 없음~
