This was a total disappointment not because it was hard and crunchy because it was so misrepresenting the brand.
I don’t know if they have changed their formula or what.

There are a lot of Nexo formulas. They probably just buy from the cheapest/quickest supplier each time (as many do). OG Nexo was similar to this, but a harder crunch, versus this lighter crisp. Nexo is definitely a ‘brand’ that does not care much about consistency.
