"Ellens dritter Gesang" Also known as Ave Maria, was composed by Franz Schubert in 1825 as part of his Op. 52, a setting of seven songs from Walter Scott's popular narrative poem The Lady of the Lake, loosely translated into German. - เพลง
True story, I’m Roman Catholic and the Hail Mary (Ave Maria) is very much a Catholic prayer. There was a girl in my class whose mother had a dream the night before she was born that a group of angels were singing this to her. The girl was subsequently called Ava Marie which is close enough not to be considered distasteful by other church goers.
