      Yes because we don't have formal diplomatic relations with countries like Afghanistan. We would have to acknowledge (at least to some extent) the legitimacy of a literal terrorist regime to send people back there. Furthermore they would most definitely ask to be paid for taking them back.
      Basically what you people are asking for is to pay the Taliban money to send criminals over there who would receive a warm welcome from that terror group and might just be trained, using german taxpayers money to vomit more crimes.
      Seriously folks.. you only need two braincells to rub together to understand how dense this "solution" is.

He was in prison for three years and Mrs. Faeser was against his deportation. He is a free man now and still lives in Germany. This is a scandal. That's why people vote differently now.

    Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Tunisia, Oman, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, have very high standards of living for their wealthy with lots of luxury hotels. Qatar looks incredible with their fabulous planned communities, luxury hotels. Look for photos on the internet of Qatar and that place looks very futuristic. They should accept the immigrants. Those countries have the money and probably a labor shortage for people to work in those hotels.

      Let's be real: Most Germans also don't want Chinese or Indians, especially if they're too highly educated (the German 'Neidkultur').     The majority of people that came since 2014 are still not working. Of course people are tired of this. 600.000 Syrians are living on welfare. That means: getting their apartments paid and a monthly allowance. My parents came from jugoslawia to work here, and it is absolut madness when that generation hears about this. You would have been deported long ago if you are lazy, no discussion.

      I worked in Germany in the 1980s.
      Most of my colleagues were Yugoslavian or Turkish. They all worked .! None of them were given
      free houses and welfare cheques .
      And they didn't demand that their religion or culture should receive
      special treatment. !! German voters have voted for the political parties which support uncontrolled immigration so now
      its too late .Germany is changed beyond recognition..

    Why do people move to countries they criticize? We should secure our borders and strengthen their defenses. Unauthorized entry should have serious consequences.     I haven't been in Eastern Germany in years, but in the west, it's absolutely shocking to see how the demographics have changed. It's probably slightly worse than overall in the Netherlands, Sweden or UK... Things are at a point where we either have to take drastic measures or basically give up our countries and cultures.     Most people fear visiting countries where they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Western and other countries must enact policies that will protect their values, culture, and economies.

    According to the stats I've seen most illegal immigrants to the EU enter with legal work visas and then overstay them (and continue working under-the-table jobs, I assume). The rejected asylum seekers tend to get more attention, though.

    It isn't evident to most people how this is a controversy. Deport those who committed crimes, refused asylum, or those who are a threat to Germany.
