As long as you are as good as House, you can do it but if you are an average employee I suggest that bet should be done in your last day as an employee in you company

She is actually a great boss idk why people think anything else,Clearly you haven't seen a irl Dean of Medicine...plus,except from House with whom she has no boundaries with, everyone clearly respects her and has a good relationship with her. House treats her horribly and you'll give him leverage because he is the main character
Only time I hated her was when she cured the paralyzed guy(using Houses proposed treatment without telling him)and then kept it a secret. Wilson too. Edit: I just saw the clip where she blew him off on Thanksgiving. Not just blew him off, but sent him traveling 3 hours away to do so!
