- Before we have seen the ways to steal the product but after stealing it is important to makeup the dip so as you will not book shortages. In this video we will see the ways to makeup the dips.

Sir solution thoda detail mai zada dete. Jese example tanker kitne time baad kholna hai. Dip kitne time baad le. Temperature jese jada doop ya zada thund hai uss samaye kya karna hai. Aur agar kam dip hai to kese puri kare.

Have you install es other meter at the un loading point? If the difference is there in underground tank and un loading meter then there is something wrong. Is the difference coming for only one truck or all the trucks?

Sir, tank truck ki dip 1cm ya usse vi jyada kyu hota hai. ( koi temperature variation nahi ).
Sir how to identify if their is any leakage in underground tank and what to do next
Keep the tank idle and observe the dip. If the dip is going down with out selling from the tank that means there is leakage.
If leak is at bottom then pour the water so as only water can go out. But you will have to maintain the water level by filling up water time and again.

Hello sir , kya Oil tanker me OTP based E - locking system lagne ke baad bhi chori hoti hai aur agar hoti hai to isse bachane ka koi upay bataiye please.
To best of my knowledge the OTP based E-Locking is to secure the keys in a digital box, which can be opened up with password, RFID card and OTP. Fact of matter is that the truck is installed with Abloy locks only. So possibility is always there to steal the product. But other then locking system there are many places from where the product can be taken out.

Sir, now a days digital lock tanker is being provided by IOC. Still they are able to steal oil from tanker. Inspite of stealing Dip and temperature is always perfect..
I think the digital lock means the truck has digital box where key is secured. Once the truck is loaded then a security code sent to dealer through SMS / Email. The dealer can open the digital box using the security code to take out the abloy lock key. I think this is the only meaning of digital lock.
So in such case the lock is basically same but only thing is that the key is secured in digital box. So this is not a digital lock.

For that you have to enter into the tanker compartment.

@@dambarudharasamal362 Open the manhole cover. The insert the dip rod, which should rest on datum plate then measure the length of rod. In next run insert the dip rod, which should rest on bottom plate then measure the length. The difference of these two will be datum plate heigh.
aajkal otp lock aa gai hai phir bhi chori nahi ruk rahi maal kaha se nikal rahe hai
While stealing the product many time they don't touch the lock. There are various places (other then lock) to steal the product and same was highlighted in this video.
