- Looking for things to do in Playa del Carmen Mexico 2021? Well, you've come to the right place! In this travel vlog we take you out on a day in Playa del Carmen you won’t want to miss!
Just 40 minutes south of Cancun, Playa del Carmen sits directly in the middle of the Riveria Maya. Because of its central location it serves as a great base for your next Quintana Roo vacation. I did a ton of research on what to do in Playa del Carmen and it seemed like everything was pointing us out of town, like take a day trip to Cozumel or down to Tulum - but I wanted to know what to do here, in downtown Playa! So come with us as we hit the streets, explore and find the top things to do in Playa del Carmen.
In this travel vlog we will be exploring the famous Quinta Avenida, aka 5th ave in Playa del Carmen, as well as hitting the beach - a pool, and maybe… maybe even eating in a 10,00 year old cave + LOTS MORE! Let’s experience the world together!

My favorite part is Adam not being afraid or embarrassed to show how much he cares about helping the children. I think that is such a great idea to donate money, supplies, time, anything to the area you visit, thanks for bringing that to light. My second favorite was that freaking 3D art exhibit, that is some talent right there. I noticed your shirts have the little red TH-cam subscribe button on them, that's cute, I like that. ❤🙂
Hi Anissa! It was a very emotional day. I think sometimes we take for granted what we have and the opportunities we were born with. Slowing down, and giving to a worthy cause like this puts it all back in perspective- and that hit hard. We love giving back when we can. The world is so much brighter when we come together! Im not an emotional person but when you guys talked about KKIS it hit home because I grew up in poverty and my family relied on programs like that for school and being legally blind i was able to get glasses as a child and finally at the time stop falling down or running into things. I’m thankful for people like you, you are helping more than you know!

I dined at Alux in December. The best salmon and lobster. Dessert was also delish. Great service and staff.
We didn’t get to experience the lobster but the salmon was great. Crispy skin was perfect. It’s a bit our of our regular price range but it was worth it for the experience and service! We were servers for 30 plus years between us and the staff was wonderful! Me time Dessert 🍮 for sure! I hear it is FLANtastic!

I love that you guys don't call the hustling a scam. I've seen so many tourist youtubers do that when they really just don't know that is caribbean culture. They do it too in Jamaica. It's like instead of waiting for the customers to come to you, you go to entice the potential customer. Most are just trying to make an honest living and no one will bother you or feel bad if you say no or ignore.
Yeah I get that. But we’ve definitely been scammed - really scammed here too by some bad people which is a terrible feeling. And it’s not just foreigners they work over, locals too. Just gotta try to be aware and walk away. It’s hard though when it’s your first time visiting and you don’t know what the pricing should be, then you find out later that they got you good. It happens all over and to everyone. Definitely a lesson of travel!
I keep making the big mistake of watching your videos when I’m hungry 😩 But I LOVE getting the tips on where to stop to eat! One of my favorite thing about you guys is how much you respect the land and the locals in every place you visit. Love you guys ♥️♥️

@@TheCountryCollectors oh, it's very crazy in germany right now. Unfortunately we have a lot of Corona restrictions and it is very difficult for us to travel at the moment. But I have good hope that the situation will improve in the future. At least this year I had the opportunity to take a vacation in the Bavarian Alps. Also wonderful with great food (especially "Kaiserschmarrn")

Guys this was so fun to watch!!! Such a jam packed fun day and felt like we were there with you (I wish haha). I remember when we were there in the winter and never knew about all these fun places!! Definitely need to go back and visit all these places!
