Nice to see the subtle differences in our fellow Island cousins cuisine! Sapa sui (excuse my spelling) much like our chop suey, though i like to add a little bit of oyster sauce to my mix when cooking it cheehoo! and the Fa'usi (im so sorry lol) sounding a lot like our Poke (Po-keh). My favourite Poke is when they make it out of banana or pumpkin YUUUM. I gotta say... I do prefer the panikeke to our Island donuts though, they're just always a lot softer than the Cook Island donut...my mum would slap my ears for admitting it though lol Much love, and keep up the good videos ma man! Heck yeah! Waitangirua and the Creek showed me much love and all the goodness of the kai. It was ON every day working in Cannons Creek...get some of that kai every lunch...probably why my shirts didn't fit me after a while but no regrets!
