Diagnosed with Cancer at 18: My Personal Journey

I was planning to just keep this to myself and hide behind the scientific studies and insights that I share online (mostly short form videos) about plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I mean, I’m just one person while those research articles involve hundreds, thousands, some even millions of people to answer important questions about health. Those large numbers definitely mean much more rather than just hearing about my personal story, right? But as much as learning about the statistics is important, I recognize that some people do benefit from hearing an actual human share their experience.
I’ve shared this experience only in writing in my previous social media posts because I know that the reach is low and only a handful of people will read it. But my new friends at my first plant-based conference this month encouraged me to do this on video. So here it is!

So sorry for all the pain you had to go through at this age and with your cheerful hopeful character you will be able to recover fully. Guess you had taken the covid jab that resulted countless of turbo cancer victims. Get well soon
