Love the house, I'd only change one thing ....since there are like three dinning areas I'd turn the one to the right of the kitchen into a Luxe Scullery/Prep Kitchen and Wine storage for Parties. The help wouldn't mind the view while plating meals and washing dishes also
I wanted to like it, but this huge house with the black exterior, just sitting out in the open on that huge lot is simply too creepy. I would have an eerie feeling driving up to it, especially at night, but even in the daytime. To me, a black exterior can work when it’s on a much smaller home, on a smaller lot & surrounded by other different color homes (like maybe in a townhome community). But this is just too much. Somebody will love it though, I’m sure.
10Million better have heated drive and sidewalks for snow, who puts snake on table as decoration??????? 10 millions some highend appliances would be nice
Interior Not my taste, too cold,modern and blah. I did like the master tub and all the baseboards. I also like the exterior and property location but how would you cover that pool?
The floors are gorgeous. You seem to find the most beautiful homes. 🏠 I like the baseboards are painted the same color as the rooms. The home seems to have lots of storage. The only thing missing is an elevator! I would hate to have to change one of the light bulbs. Great job. Beautiful home.
This home is beautiful and well done in so many aspects however the floor plan layout on each floor is extremely odd. Like when you come into the entrance you walk through what was staged as a dining room and then a wet bar area and because of the way you went through the house it looked like that was the only way to get to the family room the kitchen that is odd period and then the way both the lower level and the second floor private bedroom areas with very laid out doors and odd places in a lot of misuse of space. For 9 million dollars you have to do some alterations to how the house is laid out it looks like that's a lot. But the Aesthetics the finishes were par excellence. And unlike some of the comments I've seen the color palette is right on point because you have so much light in this house at the same time that's the cool thing about keeping things very general and basic you can add color palettes where you want. I love I love the second kitchen there were so many great aspects to this home but it was just laid out so oddly floor plan wise that it's like how do you make it function
