Hi there!!
In this video I show you how I made two cards using the MISTI. I share with you some tricks and techniques and I color everything with Distress inks. Finally I add some dimension with heat embossed acetate butterflies.

The image of the finished cards look like a "smooshing" technique was used with acetate. I was surprised to see that you used a brush. Very cool! I also loved that you did the butterflies with white embossing powder and with black. It's nice to see a variety of styles being used with the same materials.

Simply gorgeous! They both turned out so beautifully! I loved the watercolor look, and then you added those acetate butterflies and they just put it over the top. Really well done! I think I'll have to CASE them 😊👍🏻

Beautiful cards. Unless I need a stamp to go off the edge on both sides, I find there is an extra layer of security in placing the media in one of the corners of the MISTI. That way, even if the magnets don't prevent the media from being moved, you can put it back in exactly the same spot without relying on the grid lines.
