G F Hill always welcome as always I gave some of my older hens to a lady who is struggling and lonely she had tears of joy in her eyes when my wife delivered the hen , and helped her with the housing for the hens everything is very expensive here hen are $35 ea or more dogs and cats in the thousands, anyway her yard came alive

I've been sitting here for 2 hours watching your videos even though I don't have the time.... My heart swells when I see how considerately you treat all animals and how well they have it with you (and that they will never go hungry :) ). I just noticed that the mother and her babies had far too little shade. By now they are certainly big enough to be with the others, but I felt a little sorry for them.

hi there Dan well for us the little ones and gardening work well together I always need food for my plants , so cleaning up is always on the go I use a lot of straw so it ready for the garden quicker with out a good compost supply my gardening would suffer

hi Georgia welcome yes I had a bit to do with snakes and lizards sometimes , didn’t go to plan when I was about 10 years old I caught a snake, put him in a bag and in the cap of the truck we were working on the farm when we got in to the truck to go home the snake had go out of the bag , I was not very popular to say the least
I very much enjoyed the video! Such a different backyard than mine! I know you have already given the babies away (or kept them), but I did want to mention that they could use some shade from the sun. They were having to lean against the wall to get the small amount of shade it offered. PS I enjoyed seeing the blue tongue! We used to have bearded dragons. Now we have two Guinea pigs...

hi Kristin Whiting G’day , welcome the main grain mix we us is a fully organic mix with added vitamins and minerals it not always available it cost $42 per 20 kg bag sometimes we have to use other grains but it always hard finding what is suitable half the grain maybe suitable to my chickens but not my pigs so knowing the little ones will check out the chickens feed from time to time. it needs to suit they all it is all fun and looking for new products thank you so much
