The article I read where Palmer is saying at least 8 games, he sites examples of other guys that all had DV type charges. I agree with Steve and call Bullshit.
Also agree it might not even happen until next season because they pretty much have to wait until the judicial process is complete.
Example, Deshaun Watson. The only reason. He didn't play in 2021 was he personally chose to sit out. His suspension didn't happen until 2022. And even though his wasn't DV, it was a horrible accusation by 20+ women, not a car accident that he walked away from.

I don't disagree about him effing up his life. But, just because "victims " sue, doesn't mean that's what he pays. He will pay for whatever a judge deems he's liable for and whatever amount said judge awards.
I'd be willing to bet the majority of these "victims" with their hands out will jump at any type of out of court settlement they get offered.
And I seriously doubt if all his initial charges stick. Thus the reason the NFL waits until the juridical process is complete before handing out their punishment.
But, again, he has brought all of this on himself. He will learn the hard way, play stupid games, win stupid prizes
