It usually turns out that way here. Too many people have guns in this country so a lot of people think twice about attacking, even in gun-hating Philly. I thought it was hilarious how the old man was the one acting like more of a child.
@@jd5074 Confirmed. I'm pretty sure they are in Philly so only lane sharing with another bike is permitted. Regardless, illegal lane changes or passes NEVER constitute assault and/or battery. Only sociopaths do shit like that. The old man was FAR more in the wrong than the two bikers committing minor traffic infractions. He did commit assault, just not battery.
Biker logic: I can split the lanes and squeeze through underneath the truck if it suits me, but if you pass me while I'm stopped on the edge of the lane I will switch to victim mode. also, I'm doing 65 in 45 zone,why is he going that fast, I can't catch him
depending of where you live. it is perfectly legal to filter through a stoped lane. you dont endanger anyone doing it. but the truck driver put the motorcyclist life in danger.

@@DuskersHusky I made the mistake of hitting a mirror off, ironically I was on a Repsol Decor CB125R too. She cut me up 3 times prior to me taking it off. I couldn't filter through the traffic, and she waited 6/7 cars behind to build distance before she put her foot down and rammed me off. I spent over 24 hours in hospital. When I came off the bike, my left shoulder dislocated, the ball joint was partially flattened against the road while it was dislocated, (from what the Dr's and scans said), and she tried to run me over as I rolled towards the kerb. She sat in her car on the phone laughing while witnesses helped me and I was taken into hospital on a spinal board. She recieved no penalty points or fines. I got £5k insurance, and a written off bike. Never. And I mean never. Smack a mirror unless you have a 100% confirmed escape route.
Should we start a crowdfunded thingy for Higgzy, so we can get him some anger management therapy?

Exactly bro. You're the one driving the vehicle, you can't rely on the sensors alone. Still need to check your surroundings and watch where you're going when backing up. My F-150 has a fantastic back-up camera and I still watch over my shoulder as to where I'm driving when reversing. Cameras and sensors are not a justified replacement for eyes.

Rembo - in my state a law requires a driver to move his vehicle over when passing a stopped police or emergency vehicle. That is probably why the jeep moved over into the next lane.

Ninja 400 has a slip-assist clutch with insanely light springs. It’s unfortunately common to see this and you have to adapt your shifting to not do that. Sometimes shifting at full throttle it will slip anyway.

Some of the roads in the UK are like that. Narrow and not well maintained in terms of road marking etc. And just enough space for 1 car to come down. There’s no reason to be like Higgzy there. No one’s at fault. What’s the driver supposed to do? Drive half into the fence next to the road? Just realise that it’s a shitty narrow English country road and be careful. Higgzy is a bit weird for the way he was reacting XD. Also cleverly not very aware or smart because at 10:47 he had to slam his brakes on, even though he knew where the car was going to turn. The car is indicating right, and there is a turning on the right, and the car is slowing down. Put 2 and 2 together. Guy is not very smart.
I wish Moto Madness would stop posting riders like Higgzy or whatever his name is. I feel like it encourages new riders to have this over entitled view of the road, similar to a lot of cyclists.
Yes, in his last 2 clips some of the cars should have, by the letter of the law (which he himself doesn't ride to!) pulled in to let him pass when oncoming in his lane, however they're in a 2 ton Jaguar XF and you're on a 100kg CBR 125. There's one winner there, and it ain't you, especially when riding in shorts.
We should be encouraging riders to look for danger and avoid it rather than expecting people to look out for us. I like these videos to raise my awareness of risks and the dumb shit people do, but new riders think rev bombing and window punching is normal now!

As something whos thinking about getting into riding I like those videos cuz it can teach you what not to do. Also you can't fix stupid... people are gonna do dumb stuff and if a video encourages that behavior they were probably dumb enough to do it in the first place without it.

I like seeing some of the bikers and drivers having a civil discussion after a near-hit situation. Anger is understandable when you almost get killed, but it takes a special kind of patience to be able to confront the person who nearly killed you with a calm and cool interaction. Those are the people who should be proud of the fact that they are the good bikers that can change someone’s perspective of bikers entirely.

Bikers are so concerned about drivers acting stupid, then why are less concerned about how they are dressed to ride, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers. Road rash/chunky salsa at most, if they wreck.
What you just said is the same as "Car drive are so concerned with people hitting there car yet they are texting all the time." As I rider I have never worth shorts on a motorcycle cycle and always have gear on.
