I gave money to my cousin brother almost 5 years ago. Unless I ask, he never provides any updates and only says he will pay it back soon. I have completely lost hope. May Allah guide him to repay it soon.
What if this person intentionally refuses to pay back the debt and keeps on lying to you that he will pay it back to a point where you are so frustrated with them and say and words to them
I had a friend here in germany who is a muslim, He desperately needed a phone to buy in installments but didnt have the (ausweis) citizenship card as he was a migrant from Afghanistan. He sweared and requested me for my ID card and that he will pay for the phone every month in installments and there will be no problem regarding it. I did that out of good intention. But then after a few months i got a letter from the debt collector that i have to pay 600 euro for the phone which i didnt paid yet. Now i am telling him to pay the money and he is just refusing to pay at all. There is no other way then to pay his money myself. Is that what we get when we do good with people? I have left the matter to Allah.
