Jae's voice is definitely one of my favorite voices in kpop. Idk there's just something about his vocals that make any song he's singing gives more feels. It's kinda raspy but not the typical raspy, if you get what i mean lol

Day6 touch: they don’t cut and paste verses, choruses, and bridge. The boys put subtle variation into each to make the song sounds progressive and interesting. I really dig the cymbal rolls from Dowoon when Wonpil sang the last chorus. This one simple addition from the drummer gave this song a wonderful firework like finish. Well done Day6!

I usually dig Sungjin's voice because it's "strong and solid" (idk if that's the right term). But this performance, Jae's is just...whoaaaa. I usually prefer his voice on soft, sweet songs, but in this song, his voice made the most impact on me. Both strong and sweet and sexy! And Wonpil too! Maybe it's just me but he has improved a lot! He's good before but much much better now.
Reupload or not, the fact remains, that I always look forward to day6’s covers because they always do them very well. I mean, to start off, they’re talented, with their instruments and they can sing, and they even hv quite a diverse set of vocal colours. They’re very aware of their sound that when they arrange the songs, they really do sound like they could’ve been an original by them. With 4(5) vocals, they’re very sure of the charms and colors of each one of them and nicely allocate different parts to suitable voices. Aah... and this did not disappoint at all. Hooked from the start, and it’s been on replay ever since the first upload, and more. Also, I appreciate how they performed this sound, which has like that old school rock vibes, and I’m honestly hoping they would do more of this sentimental nostalgic rock sound. I love almost the entirety of their discography so far but it’s also nice to enjoy some older sounds, especially when it’s done so well!! (Lowkey hoping they would cover some old Malay rock songs that have similar sounds hahahah)

They’re very aware of their sound that when they arrange the songs, they really do sound like they could’ve been an original by them. With 4(5) vocals, they’re very sure of the charms and colors of each one of them and nicely allocate different parts to suitable voices. Aah... and this did not disappoint at all. Hooked from the start, and it’s been on replay ever since the first upload, and more.
Also, I appreciate how they performed this sound, which has like that old school rock vibes, and I’m honestly hoping they would do more of this sentimental nostalgic rock sound. I love almost the entirety of their discography so far but it’s also nice to enjoy some older sounds, especially when it’s done so well!! (Lowkey hoping they would cover some old Malay rock songs that have similar sounds hahahah)
