Thank you, Jimmy. I am listening to your reading right now. The first thing I heard you say (which is VERY important) is to take it easy Monday through Thursday. I have to decide on which surgeon as I need to have shoulder surgery in November. My shoulder injection that I had for pain is starting to wear off as they predicted. I'm keeping things low key, trying to get things done slowly. Plan is to rest and read and stay away from relatives who pop up and give me grief. I'm staying out of the fray. Another thing you mention is vibration. I have been focusing on a higher vibration which feels restful and illuminating. I am focusing on finally finishing surgery and rehab and feeling like myself again. Let Pluto run around like my crazy brother Mikey. I'll just ignore it!
