Before there was Bungou Stray Dogs involving guys with quirks/ special traits engaged in dangerous detective work, there was Hamatora. I'm not sure which one has a higher level of "bromance," but one thing I can say is that Art is one of the most interesting characters I've met in the anime universe. He's hardly perfect- though Nice sees him that way and looks up to him. And he did some awful stuff- but until you realize what his special ability is, even that seems forgivable. Even Nice was too quick to forgive him. The chemistry of the characters (even the side couples?) is amazing... and there's a real plot that gets darker and darker, and which makes this an interesting watch whether or not you like shipping guys. For those who like to see guys flirt with each other endlessly with NO plot in sight, there's Free, btw. (Sorry Makoto Tachibana~~ I still like you a lot!)
Hiroshi Kamiya- he never fails to show why he's my favorite voice actor. His voice is just so sensual
