You have been misled by someone into thinking that that you can only pray for one OR the other person. Miserly even in extending duas to people? Why so? I am glad you are also making duas for the poor and the underprivileged. Don’t let that stop you from making duas for those of whom you are jealous. And for yourself too. By the looks of it, you need more duas than most people. How much poorer can one be if one is not able to extend something as simple as even a dua without prejudice? May Allah take the hatred and the negativity away from your heart, may He enable you to love and pray for everyone. Including ten year old children whom Allah has bestowed with gifts and those whom He hasn’t. Don’t resent people for what Allah has given them. It just makes you... well... poorer.
