    Well done UniFi,
    Work amazing as usual.

      Gotta love how UI pins this comment since theyre getting destoryed in the comment section by their customers that they choose to ignore.

    • @SnailDOS
      @SnailDOS 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@phenry5083 They are not ignoring anyone, they just ignore people who are arrogant. Remember, employeer operating this channel isn't a support engineer, they can go email UniFi. Social Media manager has all the rights to ignore the comments that are asking for support.

      @@SnailDOS Wrong. Also nobody is asking for support, were asking them to pull their head out of their ass and start releasing proper firmware and stop wasting time on pointless products like this. Its also their job to pass along the MASS amounts of people requesting the same thing.

    I love unifi and all their new stuff, but they REALLY need a larger, more robust UDM-P that will handle all of these things. Using their calculator tool, we need a UDM-P (really about three) for access, cloud controller for network, a couple UDM-P for cameras, and phones are out of the question as we need 400. I wish they'd make a BAMF model that would hold 150 access, 400 phones, 100 cams, 100 access points, and 80 switches... We use multiple for now, but they don't all work together as one since they host individual controllers and user lists

    • @JabbaDuhNutt
      @JabbaDuhNutt 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Something at this cale would not use a UDM. A large deployment would run on a UXG-Pro and probablbly an unreleased Cloud Key Pro model. My last thought is we need High Avaiability routing and controllers for this to be a reality.

    • @SeanHarlow
      @SeanHarlow 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It's almost like they should allow us to run the controllers on actual proper servers rather than glorified firewalls. Like they used to. Like there's no good reason not to do.

    I got a question. IF my scale is like this, I definitely have a lot of secure a camera. The UNIFI protect / UNVR stackable feature is coming?
    That little grey text says, "Note: stackable support for multiplying capacity is coming soon" already over a year. 😥
    I have 2 UNVR for my office. Install over a year ago, still can't use one viewpoint to see what I want.
    (Because one Viewpoint can't connect to two UNVR.

    I just wish that you had a more open system for lighting, thermostats, and generally automated system that are usually not automated like blinds windows occupancy sensors… If it where up to me 😅 I would try out making a plc or something like that that can be installed in a breaker box cabinet, and more importantly use knx, dali 2 or some other type of open ecosystem! Plus more appliances could be powered by cheaper smaller dc cables, not inefficient ac cable. To me everything Poe is overkill. A light would only have 2 or 4 wire if it is wrgb or adjustable white, all connected to a dim rail cabinet and then to a ubiquiti (knx for instance) controller.
