Don't get the whole "corny" thing, personally I just think he likes to add some fun into his lyrics, like Eminem did in the early 2000s. Corny to me is a lot of these chart rappers who just talk about drugs, money and hoes. Like we get that you have that shit, but it's a corny flex.

I agree with that too. Corniness is fluid. For me trying too hard to be funny is corny because the lines come off as juvenile. Lil dicky is a perfect example of using humor in a non corny way. His shit is humorous but still goes hard.

Yeah. The way Hop’s lyrics and energy hit’s me is he has enough confidence to be himself and inject whatever he wants in there. It’s like he is showing off. Also if you at all care, what makes his story so interesting is that he was on the come up in the commercial scene and had a song with chris brown called "aint shit change". He saw the inns and outs of that life and how his music is constricted by the labels and was all like: Fuck yall im doing my own thing. He created a new channel apart from his vevo channel and just started putting out Fire. His bars got so good cause he had to work super hard to stay relevant without the big brand labels pushing his shit. Now, anything he drops is an instant click for me homie. The effect for the title text is called motion tracking. On after effects you right click the clip and click camera tracking and it renders out all points of focus where you can anchor your text too and then as the shot moves, the text will pass accordingly! I can help you with that intro, how do we get in touch? i would just need the *text* The Third Ernest *text*, and thoroughly explanation of how exactly the animation you want it to be. ps. i will not require any credits in the "box below", just having fun and learning
tl;dr
- After Effects/Premier: Create a text layer and resize it to make it relatively small. Head to the "effects" panel and click the dropdown arrow on the clip to reveal all of the current effects that are on it (by default, you'll just have stuff like element opacity and the size of the element in X/Y axis). Click the little clock icon next to both dimensions and set a keyframe at the start. Create another keyframe further down the timeline and resize the text to whatever size you want. Press play, and the text should start small and eventually zoom to the final size you specified. You can also use a motion track mask, but that's a bit too complex to explain here.
- Vegas: A similar process. Create a text layer on a seperate timeline track to your clip (preferably above so that it is actually visible) and then open the crop window. Make sure that the 'mirror resize' option is activated on the window's left toolbar to ensure that any change you make to one axis will affect the other. Make the text small. Next, set a keyframe at the desired end point and set the text to the size you want it to be. Done.
Im not very knowledgeable about any other editing software aside from Blackmagic or Cinema4D, so I cant speak for other programs. Additionally, there are a lot of things you'll need to do to these keyframes to sync the zoom up with your clip correctly and make the transition more natural, but as the OP said, it's a lot to explain here.
