- So after the fun trek to the village, it was now time to truly immerse myself in local sri lankan village life. I had so much fun interacting with this beautiful family. #srilanka #villagelife #realvillagecooking
I see so many similarities with how we cook in Jamaica. I’m pretty sure their food is delicious.
Yeah they use coconut a lot like us.

In ancient village kitchens in SRILANKA was equal to modern day Gym. Village women had plenty of exercisers while cooking. They were very healthy
