If thoughts arise of him, I’ve started exercising on my core and on my power muscles, the legs, the bum and the brain. I have also subscribed to an app that has books I can listen to, also while exercising and the books are empowerment books and for me around business because I am building a business, but it could be on a goal that you want to accomplish. Yes, so accurate! This person lied, kicked me when i was down, engaged in a smear campaign, abandoned me and left me stranded, emotionally abused me as well. Now they want back in. At the very worst time in my life, they took full advantage of this and kicked me while i was at my lowest, verbally, mentally and emotionally abused me, then abandonned me and left me broken and stranded. They smirked at causing this. They laughed. They tried to break me. As a one time thing during turmoil and crisis, i could get past it, but knowing whats behind the mask , no i cant. I am strongv again, i am pisces and resilliant, and spiritually strong. I got back up and fought hard to do so, but now they want to come back.
