Great vid! Dovetail seriously should consider updating the Great Western Express route to today’s route like they have with the IOW route!
You can't really compare IOW to GWE one's an 8-mile route and the other is a 35-mile route. It would take a considerable amount of time they could use to make an entirely new route. Besides unless they made it a separate DLC it would make 2 out the 3 trains on the route redundant since they don't run there anymore, and they have to make 4 new trains.
I mean it would be nice but DTG would have to rebuild GWE from the bottom up to modern day
Probably find they'll start from scratch rather than update this version of gwe.

Yeah it would be nice if in the future dtg made a modern day gwr with the IET, hst Castle sets (maybe) a layered 166 a gwr livery 387 and a heathrow express livery set cross country voyager 220/221 and Elizabeth line trains I feel like although this is a lot of trains dtg could do it seeing as though they could just copy the gwe to reading and make adjustments so it's modern day it would give them more time to make some trains however they could do it differently by doing paddington to Bristol temple meads with the heathrow airport branch but the rolling stock would be reduced by removing the xc voyagers and modified hst sets and just layer the old hst so the route could be themed a year or so ago then add a XC dlc with the hst and voyagers I know it's a lot and dtg would never do it but I would definitely buy it
