"Communism" which is in fact dictatorship under an iron fisted mostly hereditary 1%. The central pillar of communism is in fact the monopoly. In others the consolidation and control of something. Property for instance... If no one is allow to own their own property theoretically you can argue everyone owns it, but that is only under idea conditions which is completely unrealistic. What it means is the 1% hereditary rulers get to decide on how all the land is used. Rest assured they will always get their pick of the litter, or in the case of land they will get the country clubs and golf courses. The rest of us will have to be content with a small play ground with a patch of sand and a monkey bar. If your lucky and get a promotion they might allow you to move to a nicer neighborhood with slightly larger rooms within walking distance of a park that has the standard sand patch and monkey bar in addition to a swing set, teeter totter, and a slide. More than enough to make fans of The Jeffersons envious for being successful enough to be "Move'n On Up".
