At Your Service (1962)

A dramatised information film about the council services provided by Hayes and Harlington Urban District Council.
A disgruntled resident pays a visit to his local councillor to find out exactly why the rates have increased. The councillor details the services that the rates are used to fund in the borough - these include such things as street maintenance, rubbish collection, emergency services, environmental health and education, among others. The services are shown in a series of cutaways. By the end, the resident is satisfied and pays his charge.
