Yay! I’m in the process of moving & I too am excited to leave property management & all the bs behind. I’m having a hard time finding the time to edit/upload while moving. The filming part is easy but because so many unexpected things have been popped up. It’s a been a struggle finding the time. I’m excited for your moving content, good luck on the move & congratulations I’m so happy for you!
Ps: did you do a walkthrough? Did you take videos before you moved everything in. My situation is complicated but The property management that took over the old PM is shady AF. I knew getting the deposit back wasn’t going to be easy. Both managements never did a walk through. PLEASE look up property management laws in your state. It’s insane the amount of laws property management knowingly break because A LOT of people don’t know renters rights. I took legal action & I’m hoping this helps/saves you stress/headache
