Well, i think the best tool is the brain. Most coaches doesnt know how to get all elements of coaching down. For example the English Premier League the amount of recycle of coaches is astonishing and the amount of New ideas isnt really there. I think there is millions of ways to get teams to do well. But, understanding isnt for everybody to know. I could never be a coach on the Pitch, but being able to to all the pieces of the puzzle together i know i can. Even a lower division club i would wanna work with to show exactly how to get it done. One area would be to understand what elements you should be looking for. What is needed to be successful and finding loyal workers. The pyramid in football never works for the smaller clubs. For example Southampton had some amazing players coming trough their ranks and then bigger clubs buy them. You need to look for more loyal players and if they have had many clubs before what is the chance they will stay. I know what you can do to get players to avoid injuries and get faster. It isnt easy to do, but it is possible.
