And for the "levitation" one, You know how he kept one leg on the ground? Theres a metal rod that can bend back at his kneecap. He had placed a nail in the ground, and hooked the rod into it. Notice how he doesn't move that leg after he does the trick, sometimes you can get stuck.
i love watching him and i do think, he's amazing. i noticed though that in the first trick with the cards, Dynamo was written differently on the card the two times he showed it to the camera... i still love his work and admire him greatly

He had it hidden in his pocket, or up his sleeve, all that time. He swaps them very quickly, but makes it look like a natural movement of the hand or arm. It's called 'slight of hand', and it's standard practice for any magician. He also uses distraction techniques, such as chatting (patter) .
I actually like James Corden but he's a total w**k in this. Anyway all those "tricks" are easy if you know how, people need to realise he's not Jesus or Harry Potter, just a very good magician who's had years of practice.
Well said Jay. He IS a brilliant magician and also a brilliant entertainer. I also believe the hosts, especially James Corden were in on the act, but sworn to secrecy. You can tell by his reactions after his balancing trick. Its all for the TV ratings ofcourse. It is just such a shame that with You Tube etc, people just have to try and ruin the entertainment by exposing, or trying to expose, his methods. Even if it is a simple trick, there is still mastery involved in performingthem, if that makes sense
@PeaceLemony its quite hard to explain clearly but, he has a card at the top of the deck with his name already wrote on it, then he does a double lift to show the second card down and she writes her signature on it, then he flips the cards back over and gives her the top card, which is his signed card. now her card is at the top. then he does another double lift to show another different not signed card on, then he signs it then flips it back over, then takes the top card which is her card.
Look how nervous dynamo looks when he’s fully stood back upright. It’s almost like they haven’t turned the magnet off and he can’t move and being obviously ridged he looks anxious

The last trick I think he has structure support under his clothes which lock if you slowly apply pressure but won't if you move more rapidly.
