Thank you for the feedback 😁 it’s nice to hear what I need to do to work on
Thanks again for the advice. I really struggled with the water and your suggestion about the transparency is just the thing I needed. I also originally tried a more traditional paint of the flames with the hotter colors toward the base of the flames but I didn’t like how it looked so I switched it up and went with a more magical glow than traditional flame. The source material was very flat art so it didn’t really have much the way of color depth.
Thank you for the comments and the pointers: being my first large scale figure they are greatly needed and appreciated. The red on the chest was indeed a not so successful attempt at a cross: it is supposed to be a templar sergeant and that should be there. The same goes for the white over black shield without devices. I will try to improve it by working on the points you outlined, thank you again
I probably would have known for sure it was a cross if I'd seen it in person. Even good photos are never the same!
Cheers for your feed back. Matt what was that goblin skin reference you gave, serpent?. Cheers

It's obscure, but a good'un!
Do you have an address for it can’t find it! Cheers
@@stephenbanks6843 Google serpentarium and goblin. I posted a link but TH-cam decided to delete it. 🙄
