If it's a no for the liver shunt, and you haven't already done so, maybe check for hydrocephalus next. She could just be exceptionally small but between her really domed head (especially compared to her brothers), lack of growth, and her eyes appear as if they are drifting outwards a little (which can be due to pressure) it's worth giving it consideration. I know you all breed for healthy dogs, but of course, sometimes luck has other plans and it can just happen. There are treatments (besides a VPS as it is the most problematic out of the two available surgeries) both surgical and non-surgical and they can have quite happy comfortable lives depending on how they progress and stabilize as they grow. She is such a cute little girl! She is such a little doll 😊 Hope all goes well and she continues to thrive❤
