- Hello boys and girls, today i met up with some friends to do Cleghorn OHV (2N47).

Cleghorn ridge a great trail for both beginners and advanced offroaders. The main trail is basically a fire road, so your basic stock SUV like a Toyota highlander or Jeep renegade will make it no problem, however, along side the maind trail are offchutes that are more challenging and will require more ground clearence and 4WD.
the best part of Cleghorn is that all the offchutes will rejoin the main trail so regardless of offroad experience and vehicle modifications, you and your friends can drive together!
It was such a great time, cant wait to do it again! I've put together some footage i gathered to give you a better idea of the offchutes and current conditions of the trail, so sit back and enjoy!

I want a 200 series so bad but I might get the 100 because it’s not as wide and big as the 200’s plus I can afford a 100.
Affordability is key lol. Plus there is more aftermarket support for the 100 as of right now.
All trucks did great. But the award goes to the light blue 80's Nissan Pathfinder. White wall highway tires and no lift, one could have mistaken that the owner took the wrong turn on the way to the mall and ended up on this trail. Yet, the truck bounced its way through trail sustaining zero damage - perhaps the years have done more damage to it than hard rocks.

I have a 2016 kia sportage. I use to drive a 1998 land cruiser prado j90. And i miss the offroading. Today i am having the opportunity of selling my 2016 kia sportage for a 2003 land cruiser 100 series and i dont know whether i am making a mistake or is it worth it. How is the 100 series for small roads? Plz advise..
Land cruiser is a great vehicle for both on and off-road. That being said, it is getting up there in age and will require more maintenance than the Kia. Parts for the land cruiser are also more expensive and harder to come by. Lastly, it’s not great on gas (13mpg avg).
Love the FJ! Nice driving... Lockers and a little lift make all the difference.
From what I saw, the Land Cruiser and the Ford Raptor are the clear winners.

If I move back to CA, I plan on exploring several trails with my ‘01 LC.
The raptor wasn't in much but used momentum to climb, not good for long term durability.
No doubt the Raptor was head & tail above the rest. The Land Cruiser did well but she's no F-150!

Hundy hands down walked through those obstacles with the most finesse! Shows how advanced they are! Best money can buy... people complain about torsions but you are the only one that didn’t lift tire, everything there with coilover did, tundra , raptor, runner and tacos all lifted tire! Hundy for the absolute W... great video man.
I agree, considering they’re already 20 years old AND ride very well on the street, the 100 is one capable machine!
chowcares way ahead of their time! Under rated , as affordable as they are now and being sued reliable with higher milage - the ABS assembly I can’t believe more people don’t get them rather than the 50k 4runner! 100series make the best overland rigs....
