Subscribed. I’d like to see more easy and simple to play beginner blues stuff like this. Thanks. I’m going to try this riff with the built in looper in my amp and try to solo over it.
I love soloing over this loop. Having a riff to play around is always a fun change from improvising over chords. Plus it can get you used to playing without another chording instrument on a gig! I hope it's lots of fun!
You actually explained something I’ve been looking for. I subbed as well how about Alvin Lee Bluest Blue, with George Harrison(some may have heard of this George guy).
Haha I have heard of that George guy. I could definitely take a listen and see if this is something that other people might have interest in. You could also always reach out about a private lesson online if you wanted to talk in detail about that song. I teach and perform professionally so I'm always happy to answer people's questions.
Thanks for putting up the sheet tab in the video. Its super helpful to screen grab and print to follow along. Any tips on A E D shell chord voicings you'd explore to get a bounce with a Jazz blues hop that you could pulse, the enclose target notes?
I'm glad you appreciated the tab! I hope I'm always able to make things easy to understand. I could definitely post a version of a blues in with the pulse. Including target note enclosures is a more advanced idea around improvising that maybe I could get into in a different video.
Alec, for some time now, I have been looking for an online blues instructor. Most, if not all, British Invasion players had their fancy tickled by Robert J., B.B., and all the greats. One must have a solid blues foundation if one wants to progress. I'm subscribing. Hopefully, it will work.
Hey Roger, I hope you find some good things to pick over in this video and the other one I posted a a couple weeks ago! I do lots of things on this channel both in lessons and gear reviews so I hope it doesn’t deter you! I love talking about blues music though and if you ever have any questions don’t hesitate to message me directly or comment what you’d like to see on the channel. Thank you so much for watching!
No worries if it’s not for you! We’re not all at the same place in our efforts to learn the guitar though and some other people liked it which is cool. What’s something you’d like to see on my channel that you’d like to watch?
Awesome tutorial

Another boring 12 bar video.

Perhaps you'd rather be listening to Taylor swift and pop from Korea? Those basic blues built a music foundation for Rock and roll.
I liked it the guy who thought it was boring doesn’t play guitar.
Cool story guy.
