The sad thing is that this kind of bullying goes on every day all around the world and teachers and police are powerless to do anything until the bullying becomes physical, which in this day and age, it rarely does. Everything is online these days and it's time the laws were changed to recognise this and punish the perpetrators accordingly. To me, bullying is just another form of abuse
Any type of cyber crime should be reported to the FBI for investigation. Whether the victim reports it, or someone who has knowledge that a cyber crime/another crime has already occured, or will transpire at another point in time (accomplice).
@@jengable4888 Unfortunately, not every country has a federal agency and the national police are too swarmed with crimes they can charge to investigate those that don't fit into current laws. I've heard from quite a few officers and lawyers who want the laws changed but the politicians don't want to go near that can of worms. Apparently people want their freedom of speech more than they want kids to live in a world that's free of bullies and politicians are only willing to do what will get them the popular vote

This includes cyber bullying, cyber hacking (illegal infiltration of cell phone, computers, other), cyber solicitation, black market trading/procurement, and any other illegal activity that is done utilizing the internet as a conduit.
