toasted good amount of dry chili
cooked (toast fermented fish paste) 100 gram
toasted garlic ( 2 small chopstick bowl)
toasted pea eggplant (1 small chopstick bowl)
fish powder (100 gram)
ripe seedless tamarind (adjust to your own taste)
sugar ( adjust to your own taste)
toasted kaffir lime leave (2 small chopstick bowl)
salt, msg if needed

We all live in different province in Cambodia and each province we cook and eat different and if you ordered this dipping paste and didn’t get what you expected just know our bud taste is not the same.

This paste is best to eat with raw and it’s fine for the Thai eggplant to be eating raw. It’s crunchy and it’s safe.

Nice! I’m the only Asian family in the my neighborhood. The last time I roasted chili peppers for a similar chili paste, the whole neighborhood was choking and coughing and wondering what was going on lol🤣😂🤣

Summer Lim I live not near Cambodian people too and it’s hard. I have to drive almost 2 hours to get my regular grocery food and if I want pea eggplant I have to go to Florida to get it which is 10-12 hours drive . Where do you live now?
