Me too l had hard time with the part where Tulip wanted me to upload the document for accommodation and l said to myself that l do not have any disability why do l need accommodaton form for.. I renewed last year in January 2023 and was given 04/04/2024 as my expirery date instead of 04/04/2025.I thought renewal is every 2years.What should I do now ? Does it mean I should renew again this year since they sent me notice.

If this is not your first time registration, you have to contact the state for assistance because it happened to one of my students. If this is your first time, make sure you fill out correctly or contact the state.

Written exam will say Written and Skill will also read skill.
I don’t receive a complete registration email tho.
Call the nurse aide registry or email them. It happened to my students until I email them.

Yes. I do it from my desktop. Some students upload from their phones.
