For those who don't know, this song is called “Sajou no Yume”, it's the OP theme of the anime “The Third: Aoi Hitomi no Shoujo”, an anime adaptation of the LN “The Third” released in 2006. This song was sung by Yuko Sasaki, and it was composed by Megumi Ooashi.
One of my favorite Anime shorts(one season). Aoi actually sings another song for this series, and it is amazing even without lyrics (Tourunka). Sorry to say that it was removed from youtube a few years ago.
