So many flashbacks. Our community flooded 10 years ago in Hurricane Ike and again in Harvey. Community is priceless. Tensions are high during rebuild but the love and relationships that arise and survive a flood of this magnitude can’t be destroyed. Keep your head up guys.

Just down river from you in Jefferson City My husband is a school bus driver right now doing shifts to shuttle people from dry parking lots to ABB. Brings tears to my eyes to see so many good people affected buy this. But "Show Me MO strong!" We will come threw!!!

Shocking to see. We came through here in 2017 biking the Katy Trail. So much of it has now been flooded hurting all the businesses an communities.
My heart sunk to see all that water. Has it crested there yet? Are you in for more rain this week? We are in Clinton, Missouri and Truman lake is backing up into our town, but not nearly this bad. We're expecting more rain here :(

I think it has crested for now but there's like 16 inches of snow upriver that is still gonna melt so who knows what's gonna happen

Houses should be built like the one shown 1:00 -- on stilts......very high on stilts like five feet above.
Man that sucks to see hopefully water subsidies quickly

This year in this little antebellum riverbank burg has been and still remains, shall we say, interesting. Looks on the NOAA AHPS web page like we're still going to be in minor flood stage for another week and a half, water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=eax&gage=bozm7&hydro_type=2
