If the machine is a TaskAlfa 5500i , dies that mean that the job accounting is only supported via the user panel and not ia the Command Center? Ive set all of the accounting up in many if these machines, but the module does not appear in the web browser
Hi On a 5500i you need to either enter the Job Accounting information from the control panel or you can use Software from Kyocera called Kyocera Netviewer. When you install it make sure that you add the accounting module. That way you can manage the device. Good luck
