The UPPAbaby VISTA V2 offers these new features for added functionality, ease of use and style:

This was SO easy to put together, and it is just as pictured! We love it!
Assembly took about 10 minutes. Tried the th-cam.com/users/postUgkxH6qKgszNeMi7lLzvjBifqEp-DqTXB2AG stroller with our grandson, and he loved it! It wheels effortlessly and folds simply. Length folded is about 48“ x 4“. Not sure why other reviewers are having difficulty with the canopy staying attached, but I have not had this problem. Would definitely recommend it.
I think the design is beautiful! I wish I could afford the new version but we just purchased ours a year and a half ago! Hopefully soon 😊

Just to confirm, a car seat would have to still be purchased separately? Is there a model that would include all three....the stroller, bassinet and the car seat?
Car seats are almost always packaged separately from the stroller, and the UPPAbaby VISTA series is always packaged separately from the UPPAbaby Mesa infant car seat. If you want to purchase these items together, you can order the UPPAbaby VISTA V2 and Mesa Travel System in select color combinations, but the car seat and stroller will arrive in separate boxes:

I'm not stoked on the peekaboo window that has no flap when the canopy is fully down. What if you want it down because it's snowy or rainy?

I have the 2018 vista and I agree. I love the magnetic flap but this canopy does look nicer and I’m sure it operates better
The Vista V2 includes a rain cover for the toddler seat, so you can use the rain cover over the seat on rainy or snowy days to shield your child from the elements!

Can the maxi cosi coral car seat be attached to this stroller?
Yes, the complete Coral XP could be attached using the UPPAbaby Upper Car Seat adapters for the VISTA / CRUZ, or just the lightweight inner carrier alone by purchasing both the Upper Car Seat adapters and the Coral XP Inner Carrier adapter:

where can you buy the matching backpack of the finn? or deep sea
The Changing Backpack in Finn Deep Sea is expected to be available this summer, likely mid July, but has not yet been released by UPPAbaby.
The second seat actually looks larger which is nicer for older second toddler/children
Yes, UPPAbaby recommends the Vista V2 Rumbleseat for children from 3 months to 35 lbs or 36″, whichever comes first!
How do you now install the footmuff with the updated straps?
You can still detach the shoulder straps to thread through the footmuff!
So the rumble seat is still only going up to 30 lbs ? . They didnt really change much. The design on this is still not conducive to people who aren't comfortable putting the younger child on the bottom(which is what you would have to do if you have a larger toddler . Definitely going with the Peg Perego Ypsi because of this.
Hi Tim! The RumbleSeat is not changing and will support a child up to 35 lbs. The car seat or bassinet can be used on the lower position of the Vista, and the baby is well-protected and easy to see. The Peg-Perego YPSI or the Agio Z4 (a specialty version with a longer warranty) is also a great option with a 50-pound capacity for both seats. Thank you!
Do you need to purchase both the upper and lower adapters?
No, not unless you plan to use it on more than one child.
Possibly! The Upper, and sometimes the Lower, Vista adapters are required for UPPAbaby Vista double configurations involving an infant car seat or bassinet with the toddler seat. Doesn't really make sense that the seat that is least accessible to the parent( the front one) has a lower weight capacity than the upper seat. It seems to me that the front seat would be used for kids that may want to ride only when tired but not all the time, and the top seat would be for those that need to stay seated continuously.
Thank you for your feedback! The benefit of the lighter weight seat in front is to make steering easier, by placing less weight over the smaller, front wheels of the stroller. The Vista Rumbleseat can still support your older child, as long as they are within the 35lb weight capacity. For an older toddler who is more active, the Piggyback board accessory is a great option to consider, and supports up to 55lb.
So would I have to buy both bassinets both toddler seats I’m having twins.
One bassinet comes with every VISTA V2 purchase! For twins you would want to purchase an additional bassinet most likely, along with the Upper and Lower adapters. We have this bundled on our website as the UPPAbaby VISTA V2 Twin Stroller:
