A town under constant redevelopment. It can bee seen even back in Victorian times how the Town Council has made the developers keep to certain guidelines on how the new buildings should look when placed next to original designs.

My 2x great grandfather Edward Jenner (not dr Edward) wrote a book called THE FLORA OF TUNBRIDGE WELLS. This book is still used in universities today.
