Love that you guys are making the best of this time! When I was learning how to slice veg, I found it was a lot easier to cut off a small sliver of the mushroom/vegetable first so that I'd have a flat side for my veg to balance on. Then you can cut however you need; it's def safer! Give it a try next time (:
If the chopping board moves around as you cut, a trick would be to put a damp table cloth underneath the board to prevent it from moving

You guys are so cute grilling. I love it! Btw - Asparagus is also really good roasted in the oven. It's the next best thing when you can't grill them. A Little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375 or 400 depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
When it rains you show put a tub outside and save the rain water for your gardening ! My mother in law literally has huge bins of water for her gardening!

You can place a cloth underneath the chopper board to prevent it from moving around while you’re slicing or chopping. Also prevent scratches on the table 😁

Recommend getting a multipurpose steam cleaner (Dupray) for surfaces, mirror, car, floor and etc. rather than the disinfectant (save it for the smaller things)!
Target restocks every night I believe (check the app/website the night before if they have what you need in stock). You have to come in right when they open the next day to find all the stuff. I was able to find Lysol spray, paper towel and toilet tissue :) you can find disinfectant wipes on amazon fresh , you just have to keep checking for available delivery times though. Hope this helps! :)

Wah having his steak served with rice and some vege is so me 😂 also one tip (Asian style bbq): get one small stalk of lemongrass and soak them in a small cup of cooking oil and use it as a brush to spread the oil on your meat and vege :) the smell of the lemongrass brings up the whole dish!
