OCD is one of the weridest psychology disorder......they decided to tank some of ocd and name minor complusive disorder thats a lot of people have but it doesnt affect their life in anything but small rush of axniety because like there is 2 bills in you wallat and subconcencially u will orginze them in the right way(this is something that i have had plus a possible few other things i do but they dont effets me really outside the slit second of anxiety or announce but going away fasr. OCD that most poeple know about is when a certain action happens your mind goes haywired and u do something that is the counter or you esentially become a useless person because in thier head like someone knocks a table more than once that trrigers you and you have to do w.e makes you feel better which is not alwways easy as done for thing like work and losing it because you cant do what helps it. there is also the one that a action causes someone body to do something they cant physically control no matter what. OCD that is the much untalked about or under disgonised as other things but when someone thinks its important they will need to do and the the thought of not doing it is a extra boost of anxiety that wont go away.....which can causes poeple to not be themselves for their action or words they say.....like an argument between a couple and the one with OCD has this thought in its head but ur in a weird place to do that exact things and woman will most likely say is that thought more important than us which results in saying something like our relationship is nothing compared to whats in my mind right now....but in reality its something like writing down this verse that came to my head. obviously thats not true nor w.e it maybe. this is something that literaly make you lose friends or relationships or for your family. the thoughts will be different for others.....some are psychotic type things that would be unrelistic or planning something becuase its there perfect idea. this is the best explanation i could give right now. off top oif my head and lack of sleep...ive studied psych on my own for 20+ tears now due to my family. OCD......also there is OCPD which is essentially your whole personality is based on it...unlike the first 3......there has been forms of treatment to help break them or make if less of a thing...OCPD is forever and there hasnt been a single thing to help.
