I appreciate your idea bro, but I've a question, people of Pakistan are very intelligent enough that they can judge easily the price of the house and can decide the rent of the house. Then how can we make a deal of 12K per day for the house which rent is not more than 40K - 50K? Moreover they have millions of option of hotels then why they go for it?

Because not everyone is willing to give their house on rent for just three days with out deposit. That's why Air BNB exists. Also people prefer personal space instead of a hotel at times.

@@dreamdevelopersbuilders2870 usually whenever Overseas Pakistani's come to Pakistan for a short period of time let's say for marriages etc they usually rent out furnished houses for 10-20 days or more depending on their stay. My cousin's family rented out a furnished house in johar town Lahore a couple of times for a month or so when they came from UAE.

Please prove me wrong by answering this to the point: "When sub-letting is NOT allowed in any legal way in Pakistan specially, how in the world are you going to sub let a flat" property owners never allow subletting *period*
Brother first we have Discuss this with the owner and offer them a little bit more rent, this isn't possible without owners permission.

Sub letting properties is completely illegal, this guy don't know any thing about Rent Ordinance of Pakistan which laid down rules and regulations about rental properties.
