Sambo Hip Throw ( Vadim Kolganov)

In this video Vadim Kolganov Master of sports in Sambo and Judo and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach demonstrates how to throw you opponent using Hip Throw. Explaining basics of the throw, how to break opponent balance, how to move your opponent in order to throw him. Also Vadim shows deferent variations of the Hip Throw.

Very detailed with all angles covered. I always like your vids especially when you show setups to the techniques and you demonstrate. Some videos of other TH-cam's spend too long talking at the start of a technique but you get straight into it so it allows the viewer the technique to expect.
