They called as grand slam rookie and rookie monster, and then YGE sent them to Japan and the kfans slowly left the fandom. They had to start from the bottom again. Bling bling, WYD, Birthday, most people said that their era is done. They came back again with Love Scenario, got a daesang, interviewed by many international shows including Billboard. The next comeback after LS were always got a first win. And then our leader sadly left the group. The most heartbreaking and frustrating moment for both iKONICS and iKON. Many left the fandom, again. We took a break, trying to move on. And then those hard times came again. We have to start from the bottom again. The boys doing their best ways to show that they can do this. They always apologize to us and it's so frustrating for me to hear. Why would they apologize? They did nothing wrong. And i'm crying when June asked us to gather around. He might be smiling when he said that but i know that he's actually concern about the number of our fandom that slowly decrease. They always ask us to stay. Why? Probably because they know that many of us are leaving:'). And this is the forth survival show for them. Please give your best supports to iKON guys I'm begging youu. They've been through a lot of things and this could be our chance to save the boys since their contract would end in 2022. I don't want YGE to disband them. yes, remember when they competed in a bowling game.. because of B.I team nearly lost to Bobby team, he rather said let's just enjoy and have fun, after that, they keep win and won the game.
No fancy props nor complex choreography, just iKON being iKON. Just them proving to everyone that having no props or a very complex choreography does'nt make them less talented. IKONICS, it's time to gather and give them the honor they deserved.
God, bobby just smiling shows that he lives to be in stage and that he's a true artist. Noone is close to their swag. Like the other groups said, iKON is the most relaxed while performing
Simple clothes, no fancy makeup, no extraordinary props. Still the best performance. My boys can kill everyone with just their talent. Look at the charisma. Look at the power they had on the audience. They know how to hype up the people just by going easy on the stage.
Everyone's there going aggressive, trying to wow people by special effects and fancy outfits and then there's iKON, being all chill and swag enjoying their performance because that's iKON's charm. They could be just standing there and they would look breathtaking. If you disagree don't worry, not everyone has good taste.
This is so true - coming from a stay, this performance really stood out to me because they didn’t need cool effects to really captivate me. I’ve been here so many times, this is so entertaining. Also, Bobby (I think that’s his name?) was really entertaining this whole performance, they’re so cool.
Fan fact: streaming is just an excuse, the real reason you're still here is because this performance is such a masterpiece that it's actually addictive!!!

무대를 보고 소름 돋은 건 이 팀밖에 없었는데 왜 6위를 했는지 모르겠다 물론 여섯 팀 다 잘했지만 퍼포먼스 위주의 네 팀에 비해 독보적인 색깔을 가지고 있는 것처럼 보였는데.... 무대를 찾아보는 것도 아이콘이 끝... 담백하고 원석 같은 느낌이 좋은데 왜 6위를 했는지 안타깝다.... ㅠㅠ
People that think this dance is easy have been living on their butts in fantasy land their whole existence. If you don’t know how to dance, you don’t have a right to speak on ANYONES choreography. It takes a lot of body control to make a choreography like this look “easy” so thats just a compliment at this point
This and also there’s definitely one move I know I won’t be able to pull off at all is when Bobby jumped straight over DK without a run up and then proceed to land smoothly in that spider man pose. That is hard and I will not be able to do that
Yess many people underestimate this kind of dancing. Kinda similar to 'Good Boy' by GD×Taeyang, the dance moves looked so simple but actually dancing it was super hard. I remember looking really stupid when I tried it.

The fact of IKON : They don't use additional attributes in their performance, even their dances look simple but in fact their performance looks cooler, coupled with their cool music and their aura is so strong without being made up ... be honest even though you're not an Ikonic, you definitely feel their aura is very strong in mastering the stage until other idols even enjoy it.

Kingdom has ended and although we got so much stress with all the things that went around, it's still a nice opportunity for iKON to show stages like this. The experts may not have appreciated their performances as much we did but this only made the connection between iKON x iKONICS even stronger. Yea I still think this show favored theatrical performances or hardcore choreography more over the simpler one. And we all know being too conceptual is not iKON's strongest trait. Our iKON is more about real performance with live audience and crowds because their stage presence is no joke. No wonder the younger groups admire and look forward to them. iKON definitely would've scored better if this was live like Queendom.

Watching this again after iKON posted their bts in their own channel. I actually just became a fan after watching the Introduction episode, I had no idea who they were before Kingdom and was watching for Stray Kids BUT DAMN SIR, they're just hella different than the others. Who else's performance can be as cool as this with just pure dancing? They never dove deep into concepts throughout the show but still made the stage burn with their own color. Shows just how authentic they are.

This performance is top tier like not only do I not remember a single one of the other intro stages, I also don’t remember MOST of the stages throughout the competition aside from ikon’s performances- this video made me an iKONIC after the first watch like one second I was vibing to the song and the next minute I’ve seen every single ‘unhelpful guide to ikon’ that TH-cam has to offer. I knew literally nothing about ikon prior to the preview intro stages and now they’re one of my ults 😭💕

They don't have a story, they've got no excessive light effects, visual effects, nothing compared to the other groups... Just pure raw talent, visuals, vocals, stage presence, slaying choreography and they still nailed it and just leaves me in awe. They don't deserve last place.
Plus, experience upon experience in competing on survival shows that now it’s like their second home away from home, their own amusement park, and practice room combined. Win, Mix & Match, Show Me The Money , Heroes of Remix (China), SugarMan, et al..
I get all of this and I love Ikon, but don’t underestimate the other groups, Ateez is pure talent, stray kids is straight gold.. the thing is Ikon just came and performed without bothering to put more effort into the whole performance. You have to look past your love and understand yes they have talent but you need more effort to be the best of the best.

Unpopular opinion: Honestly iKON has the potential to be as big as groups like BTS and EXO if they’re just promoted properly by YG. They were big in Korea during their debut days even grand slamming the rookie awards. They had a long ass tour in Japan which made them take some time to have comebacks.They weren’t even properly promoted in the US. Their sound is definitely amazing and unique. Their songs are bop and are all fire!! I just wish they can be more recognized in the future.
some people are complaining about how ikon didn't sing live and how they should've ranked lower etc etc, but who are you to judge a performance just bc they didn't sing live? all of the other groups were hyping ikon up (many of them have already stated they are big fans of them) AND they were so in awe of how they were free on that stage despite not singing live. their stage presence was enough and it's evident in the way the other artists kept talking about it after the performance. you don't always have to sing live in order to give a good performance. ikon was made for the stage, made to perform, and their years of experience was shown right here. focus your negative energy on your faves instead of bashing ikon.

People that think this dance is easy have been living on their butts in fantasy land their whole existence. If you don’t know how to dance, you don’t have a right to speak on ANYONES choreography. It takes a lot of body control to make a choreography like this look “easy” so thats just a compliment at this point
This and also there’s definitely one move I know I won’t be able to pull off at all is when Bobby jumped straight over DK without a run up and then proceed to land smoothly in that spider man pose. That is hard and I will not be able to do that

Yess many people underestimate this kind of dancing. Kinda similar to 'Good Boy' by GD×Taeyang, the dance moves looked so simple but actually dancing it was super hard. I remember looking really stupid when I tried it.

Yea I still think this show favored theatrical performances or hardcore choreography more over the simpler one. And we all know being too conceptual is not iKON's strongest trait. Our iKON is more about real performance with live audience and crowds because their stage presence is no joke. No wonder the younger groups admire and look forward to them.

Watching this again after iKON posted their bts in their own channel. I actually just became a fan after watching the Introduction episode, I had no idea who they were before Kingdom and was watching for Stray Kids BUT DAMN SIR, they're just hella different than the others. Who else's performance can be as cool as this with just pure dancing? They never dove deep into concepts throughout the show but still made the stage burn with their own color. Shows just how authentic they are.

I get all of this and I love Ikon, but don’t underestimate the other groups, Ateez is pure talent, stray kids is straight gold.. the thing is Ikon just came and performed without bothering to put more effort into the whole performance. You have to look past your love and understand yes they have talent but you need more effort to be the best of the best.

I will never get over this being last place. This was my favourite performance, and it even had the other contestants dancing and singing! They’re great performers! I never heard of them until I watched this today and I’m so peeved they got last!!! They did AMAZING!

Unpopular opinion: Honestly iKON has the potential to be as big as groups like BTS and EXO if they’re just promoted properly by YG. They were big in Korea during their debut days even grand slamming the rookie awards. They had a long ass tour in Japan which made them take some time to have comebacks.They weren’t even properly promoted in the US. Their sound is definitely amazing and unique. Their songs are bop and are all fire!! I just wish they can be more recognized in the future.

some people are complaining about how ikon didn't sing live and how they should've ranked lower etc etc, but who are you to judge a performance just bc they didn't sing live? all of the other groups were hyping ikon up (many of them have already stated they are big fans of them) AND they were so in awe of how they were free on that stage despite not singing live. their stage presence was enough and it's evident in the way the other artists kept talking about it after the performance. you don't always have to sing live in order to give a good performance. ikon was made for the stage, made to perform, and their years of experience was shown right here. focus your negative energy on your faves instead of bashing ikon.
